Job summary
OpenAI is seeking an applied AI engineer to act as the primary technical SME on Codex for a portfolio of customers in the San Francisco area. You will design and validate AI-enhanced development workflows, build demos and reference implementations, and lead hands-on enablement sessions with engineering teams.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical consulting or solutions architecture experience with customers.
- Active power user of AI coding tools.
- Experience building demos, integrations and prototypes with Codex.
- Experience delivering large workshops or technical training.
- Strong written and verbal communication for customer decisions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical SME on OpenAI Codex for a portfolio of customers.
- Partner with customers to design and implement AI-enhanced development workflows from prototyping to production rollout.
- Build high-quality demos, reference implementations, and workflow automations using Codex.
- Lead large-format workshops and hands-on enablement sessions for engineering teams.
- Contribute technical content to OpenAI Cookbook with examples, guides, and best practices.
