Qualifications

• Built and shipped an AI agent that real people use; system where a model calls tools, plans across several steps, and acts on results.
• Built evals or test sets for model behavior; can tell real improvement from noise and skepticism about implausibly good results.
• Strong full-stack engineer with 2+ years of professional experience; fluent in TypeScript and React on frontend and Python on backend.
• Good product sense; cares how it feels and how customers actually use it.
• Owns problems and delivers, not waiting for a spec, and communicates what changed.

Responsibilities

• Build the agent: design tools, prompts, and context; improve planning and multi-turn conversations.
• Measure quality: build evals, run offline replays, and analyze user sessions to identify failures.
• Ship across the stack: implement frontend features in TypeScript/React and backend services in Python/Go.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, research, and rendering teams to align on requirements and deliver impact.
