Job summary

HeyGen is seeking a strong full‑stack engineer to advance the Video Agent platform. You will design, build, and ship features across the stack, from the frontend in TypeScript/React to backend services in Python and Go, working closely with product and research teams.

You will run evaluations, experiments, and ship new editing experiences, owning problems from concept through launch while improving model interactions and tooling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience as a full‑stack engineer.
• Fluent in TypeScript and React on the frontend and Python on the backend.
• Strong product sense and ownership of features from idea to launch.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve the Video Agent frontend and backend features in a full‑stack stack (TypeScript/React, Python/Go).
• Design tools, prompts, and context for the agent to improve planning and multi‑turn conversations.
• Run evaluations, A/B tests, and ship new editing experiences in React.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, researchers, and rendering teams.
