Qualifications

• 8+ years of software eng experience building scalable systems.
• 3+ years taking LLM/agentic systems to production.
• Fluency in modern AI stack and architectural thinking.
• Proficiency in Python/Scala/Java/Go or similar.
• Hands-on with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of vectors, embeddings, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Architect and operate production-grade AI products with LLMs, agents, and deterministic components.
• Design end-to-end AI capabilities for human and machine use.
• Balance inference vs compute, planning, and stateful reasoning.
• Drive telemetry, guardrails, and cost/latency optimization.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to shape AI strategy.
