Job summary

Apple is seeking a highly organized AI Engineering Program Manager to drive end-to-end AI/ML initiatives within the World Wide Sales Business Transformation group in Cupertino. You will partner with Product Managers, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Security teams to translate roadmaps into actionable milestones, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include governing LLM API integrations, data pipelines, and MLOps practices, plus reporting

Qualifications

Typically requires 8+ years of experience in Engineering Program Management or related roles.
Strong technical fluency to read diagrams, APIs, and SDLC.
Experience with AI, ML concepts and LLM ecosystems to communicate with technical teams.
Proficient with Python for supporting data-driven program management.
Able to translate product roadmaps into actionable engineering milestones.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end execution and delivery of AI/ML platforms supporting Sales teams.
Partner with Product Management to translate roadmaps into detailed plans and milestones.
Manage cross-functional dependencies across Software Eng, Data Science, UX/UI, Enterprise Architecture, and Security.
Identify and mitigate execution risks and blockers before impacting timelines.
Facilitate planning, stand-ups, design reviews, and sprint retrospectives for momentum.
Track integration of components like LLM APIs, data pipelines, and microservices.
Serve as central point of contact for status updates to executives and partners.
Establish and improve engineering delivery processes in a fast-paced org.
Engage in technical design discussions and validate scalability with the team.
Drive MLOps practices with version control, CI/CD, testing, and production monitoring.
