Fanatics is hiring a hands-on Applied AI Engineer to join a small, senior team that embeds with business units to automate bottlenecks using AI agents and workflows. You’ll own problems end to end—from definition to deployment—with direct access to leadership and a strong, autonomous pace.

We’re looking for 3+ years in applied AI or software engineering, a track record building agentic solutions with frontier LLMs, and fluency in modern AI stacks.

Formación

• 3+ years of applied AI or software engineering experience in startups or fast-growing companies.
• Built and deployed custom agents or agentic workflows with frontier LLMs.
• Fluency with LLM APIs, MCP, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, RAG, and evaluation.

Responsabilidades

• Embed within corporate functions to automate bottlenecks with AI agents.
• Design, build, and deploy production-grade agents and agentic workflows.
• Move from concept to working solution in weeks with measurable ROI.
• Partner with business leaders to drive AI-enabled outcomes.
• Evaluate tools, security, governance, and best practices for AI initiatives.
• Document wins and coach colleagues to scale AI practices.
