Fanatics Inc. is hiring full-time Applied AI Engineers to join a small, senior team at the center of AI transformation. You will embed with a business function, identify bottlenecks, and replace manual work with AI agents and workflows that run in production.

You’ll own problems end to end, from definition to adoption, with direct line to leadership and CFO alignment. This role requires prior experience shipping AI-powered products in a startup or fast-growing company, strong Python skills, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years in applied AI or software engineering
• Experience shipping AI-powered products or automations to real users
• Fluency with modern AI stack: LLM APIs, agent frameworks, prompt engineering
• Strong coding skills (Python preferred) and tool selection judgement
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguity and drive outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/ML or equivalent practical experience
• Bonus: passion for sports, collectibles, fandom culture
