Job summary

Parisi Labs is seeking a forward deployed engineer to take early customer problems from data access to baseline comparison to decision readout. This role emphasizes hands-on coding and working with messy enterprise data to deliver reusable solutions.

You will translate customer workflows into actionable data-access specs, build pilot integrations, and collaborate with leadership to ensure technical feasibility and clear readouts for operators and executives.

Qualifications

• Experience with delivering customer-facing engineering solutions.
• Ability to work with messy enterprise data and ambiguous workflows.
• Ability to communicate technical results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to separate one-off customer work from reusable product or infrastructure.
• Experience documenting technical concepts, demos, and implementation guides.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer workflows into data-access specs, implementation plans, baseline comparisons, and readout artifacts.
• Build pilot-specific integrations, adapters, analysis workflows, and internal tools.
• Identify reusable components for platform, data, or product infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the CEO on buyer context and the CTO on technical feasibility.
• Make technical results legible to operators, executives, and internal researchers.
• Extract reusable connectors, eval templates, and risk logs from early deployments.
