Job summary

PALO IT is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to deliver AI-powered products for enterprise clients. You will own the journey from discovery to production, partnering with client teams and balancing speed with quality. The role combines hands-on coding, architecture, and client leadership in a hybrid Paris setup.

You will work with Gen-e2 methodology, use AI tools daily, and drive adoption across engagements while mentoring engineers and shaping delivery strategies.

Qualifications

• Client-facing experience and consulting posture are essential.
• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience in consulting or client-facing environments.
• Proven end-to-end project management: discovery, scoping and delivery with minimal direction.
• Deep full-stack, generalist expertise with ReactJS frontend and .NET/Java/Python backend preferred.
• Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative models.
• Strong solution architecture and system design skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery from first prototype to production.
• Lead discovery and scoping sessions with clients.
• Manage projects end to end with minimal direction.
• Architect and build full-stack, AI-powered systems delivering client value.
• Mentor engineers and uplift delivery capabilities.
• Embed with client teams and guide adoption of AI.
