Job summary

Adobe Inc. is seeking an Applied AI Architect in Utah to drive sales opportunities by crafting and scoping custom AI solutions for Creative Cloud and Firefly initiatives.

You will lead technical discovery, engage executives, and translate requirements into enterprise Adobe-based solutions. You will collaborate with global engineering teams and sales to present end-to-end architectures, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer success criteria.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pre-sales for creative, product, or AI innovation roles.
• Ability to articulate high-level technical solutions and tie them to program success criteria.
• Experience architecting and estimating deep technical AI solutions with large data and cloud environments.
• Experience in professional services projects with Web Services and REST APIs.
• Industry expertise as a software/data/cloud architect or proven track record in AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with a Solution Consultant to gather customer requirements and goals for generative AI.
• Partner with Adobe Sales to engage executives and translate needs into Adobe-based solutions.
• Design, architect and estimate deep technical AI development solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore software engineer teams to deliver implementations.
• Develop robust recommendations for creatives, proposals and scope-of-work documents.
• Present end-to-end solutions with architectures, scope and methodologies to customers and partners.
• Continuously improve the Solution Architects team’s knowledge and collateral.

Position Summary

Applied AI Architect to provide deep technical estimates and enterprise presentations to creative leadership to drive sales pipeline. Requires strong experience as an AI software engineer and in creative or product architecture to craft and scope custom solutions and integrations for Adobe Firefly and AI Innovation Enterprise customers.

What you'll do

• Function in a fast-paced setting, advancing multiple customer opportunities simultaneously
• Lead technical discovery sessions with a Solution Consultant to gather customer requirements, workflows, and goals for generative AI
• Partner with Adobe Sales to engage customer executives, identify problems and opportunities, and translate them into Adobe-based solutions
• Design, architect and estimate deep technical and custom AI development solutions that meet customer requirements
• Collaborate with a team of software engineer consultants onshore and offshore
• Develop robust recommendations for creatives, proposals and scope-of-work documents for product innovation engagements while identifying dependencies and gaps
• Present end-to-end solutions, outlining technical architectures, scope, and standard methodologies for customers and collaborating parties
• Continuously improve the Solution Architects team’s knowledge, methodologies, and customer-facing collateral

Requirements

• Proven experience in a world-class consulting or technology organization, in pre-sales for creative, product, or AI innovation roles
• Strong desire to solve customer technical requirements and rapidly convert pipeline opportunities into closed deals
• Ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems and tie solutions to program success criteria
• Experience architecting and estimating deep technical AI solutions requiring large data volumes and cloud environments
• Experience in professional services projects with Web Services and REST APIs
• Experience implementing or selling electronic signature, document management, or business process management software
• Industry expertise as a software engineer, data engineer, cloud architect, or proven track record
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent customer-facing skills with experience engaging senior creative executives
• Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple opportunities
• Collaborative team player capable of aligning with multiple stakeholders
• High curiosity and ability to learn and apply new concepts and technologies
• Willingness to travel up to 40%
• MBA, degree, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

Special Consideration given for Experience & knowledge with

• Experience with APIs, SDKs, or custom integrations in enterprise software environments
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud APIs and Adobe Firefly APIs
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud solutions, Adobe Experience Cloud, or digital asset management solutions
• Knowledge of security, privacy, and governance considerations in AI deployments
• Background in digital content production, creative automation, or personalization strategies
• Industry expertise in markets adopting generative AI at scale (e.g., marketing, media, publishing, or retail)
