Job description

Opportunity

Adobe is looking for a dynamic, strategic problem‑solver to create the future of Adobe's architecture for our Employee Platform and evangelize the adoption of AI tools to internal teams. As a Business Architect & AI Evangelist, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technology implementation, designing enterprise‑level solutions that drive transformation and operational excellence. You will collaborate with team members across the organization to understand business needs, translate them into architectural blueprints, and guide internal teams to get more from AI tools at their disposal. Your goal is to encourage a culture of innovation, ensure our teams are equipped with the most right technical solutions, and enable adoption and value from AI.

Reporting directly to the Director for Emerging Technology Acceleration, you will function as a critical resource for teams across Adobe, shaping their toolset, aligning product capabilities with business needs, and promoting the effective use of new technology.

This role in the ATS – Digital Employee Experience will work with all levels of the organization from VP‑level leaders to individual contributors to help teams build skills and confidence in new ways of working. You'll drive a coordinated approach to problem solving, working with various BUs and, potentially, outside of Adobe.

Key Responsibilities
1. Shape the Future of Adobe's Employee Platform & AI Architecture
  • Create and maintain architectural artifacts including business process models, capability maps, value streams and process architectures that align with Employee Platform strategy.
  • Work closely with business teams to elicit requirements, proactively identify challenges, and design solutions that address business need.
  • Conduct current state assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for business transformation and optimization.
2. Drive Adobe AI Tool Adoption and Literacy
  • Coach Adobe's employees to get the most out of our suite of AI capabilities, promoting tools that enhance productivity, creativity, and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Lead regular workshops, webinars, and hands‑on training sessions to enhance AI tool literacy across Adobe teams.
3. Metrics and Reporting
  • Develop and monitor metrics to measure adoption, usage, and impact of AI internally.
  • Create and present regular reports on adoption progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership.
4. Build AI Enablers that Drive Impact
  • Partner with strategic programs and internal functions to identify workflow improvements. Recommend tools to meet needs and support the development of intelligent systems built to enhance workflows.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Product Management, or related concentration. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in business solution architecture, product management, and/or technical customer success with a strong understanding of architecture design principles, cloud‑native patterns, business process optimization and AI development.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Demonstrated experience with business applications powered by AI and familiarity with:
    • Knowledge graphs, vector databases, and language models
    • AI Integration patterns (RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering)
    • Agentic AI protocols (MCP, A2A, OAP)
    • Experience using popular AI tools to drive value in a corporate environment, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Glean, Cursor, Replit and tools within the Adobe portfolio.
    • Ability to effectively build AI prompts, chatbots and agents.
    • Ability to develop architecture diagrams, capability modeling, and value stream mapping.
    • Strong data analytics and visualization skills with large datasets, with experience in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading, inspiring, and aligning cross‑functional teams around new technologies and workflows.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communicator, with experience presenting to C‑level executives and facilitating training for diverse audiences.
  • Product‑Centric Approach: Able to shape technical solutions for business impact, and comfortable owning problems end‑to‑end from discovery to deployment. Delivers durable solutions but can quickly prototype when needed.
Key Attributes
  • Agile: You can synthesize information from disparate sources to inform adoption approaches that drive improved productivity and satisfaction at work for Adobe employees.
  • Iterative: You focus on finding the path to delivering value quickly, incorporating findings, and continuously improving.
  • Innovative: You thrive in a forward‑thinking environment, eager to help Adobe get more value from emerging technology solutions.
  • Data‑Driven: Ability to analyze metrics and drive actionable insights.
  • Customer‑Centric: Skilled at aligning product use with internal user needs and delivering exceptional internal customer experiences.
