Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field; alternative: electrician certification with 5+ years experience.
• Understanding of electrical design and basic electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in Socomec products and articulate their use, benefits, and limitations.
• Answer technical inquiries from clients and internal teams via Email-to-Case.
• Train and onboard professionals on Socomec products and applications.
• Refresh training materials and update documentation used by the Tech Team.
• Troubleshoot customer issues referencing technical manuals and product diagnostics.
• Develop tools to improve tracking and organization of projects.
