Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking an Applications Service Delivery Manager to lead a multinational team and oversee the delivery and lifecycle of critical IT applications for North America. You will drive incident, change, and release management, ensure SLA adherence, and align roadmaps with business needs.

The role requires ITIL 4 proficiency, experience with ServiceNow, and a strong background in agile/devops practices, with a focus on enterprise applications across engineering or manufacturing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in application management or IT service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL 4 processes and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, integrations, and Agile/DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with engineering, manufacturing, or PLM systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
