You will drive design, delivery and continuous improvement of critical IT applications, ensuring compliance with regulations and enterprise standards. This role blends leadership, strategy and execution to deliver tangible business value.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years in application management or IT service delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL 4 processes and service management tools.
  • Experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles, integrations and Agile/DevOps.

Responsibilities

  • Govern applications across their full lifecycle from onboarding to retirement.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery including incident, change and release management.
  • Maintain application performance, availability and SLA compliance.
  • Align roadmaps with business needs and enterprise architecture.
  • Drive user adoption through training and process standardization.
  • Manage budgets, licenses, vendors and third-party performance.
  • Lead application retirement planning and data archiving risk mitigation.
  • Maintain documentation within CMDB and application registries.
  • Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations and guidelines.

Your background
  • 5+ years of experience in application management or IT service delivery

  • Understanding of software development lifecycles, integrations, and Agile/DevOps practices
  • Familiarity with engineering, manufacturing, or PLM systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
