Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Analytical Chemistry or related field.
• Experience with applied mass spectrometry.
• Strong technical instrumentation skills and ability to work independently in the lab.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead sales demonstrations in our Boulder, Colorado lab or at customer sites.
• Serve as the technical expert in pre-sales conversations, assessing customer needs and proposing product-based solutions.
• Act as a primary point of contact for customer application support, including method development and data QA/QC.
• Lead instrument installations and customer trainings.
• Represent TOFWERK USA through conference presentations, scientific meetings, research reports, application notes, peer-reviewed publications, and marketing materials.
