Nightwing is seeking an Applications SME/Test Lead to support biographic and biometric identity tools within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes customer advocacy, overseeing the Test Team, and delivering training demonstrations while refining requirements with analysts.
The position requires TS/SCI with Poly from day one and involves Agile software development practices, with opportunities to contribute to test automation and documentation.
Competenze
- Familiarity with Agile software development framework.
- Experience gathering and refining customer requirements.
- Testing in an Agile environment and developing Acceptance Criteria.
Mansioni
- Oversee the Test Team and provide direction.
- Develop Acceptance Criteria and lead test automation efforts.
- Deliver training demonstrations and develop supporting documentation (User guides, QRGs, training videos).
- Provide first tier test support in surge capacity.
