Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Sciences, Physics or Chemistry.
• Ph.D. preferred for advanced research and leadership.
• Minimum five years of experience in advanced semiconductor plasma processing.
• Minimum two years of management or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• General managerial duties including hiring, training, appraisal, counseling and discipline for the process engineering group.
• Budgetary responsibility for the process engineering department and cost centers.
• Oversee process development projects and resource allocation to meet goals.
• Review processes, customer requirements, and sales input to guide sample processing.
• Contribute to marketing collateral, technical notes, and presentations.
• Lead lab activities to support new process development and project management.
• Supervise lab assets, procurement, and maintenance to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental compliance for Plasma-Therm operations.
