Job summary

Advanced Energy seeks an Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of electrical, mechanical, firmware, and advanced technology engineers through the full product development lifecycle, from concept through launch and sustaining.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in electronics product development.
• Experience leading engineering teams and multidisciplinary programs.
• Experience with power electronics, plasma systems, or semiconductor equipment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and product lifecycle processes including production transfers, Six Sigma, and DFM.

Responsibilities

• Lead development programs through all phases of the Product Development Process (PDP).
• Provide systems-level leadership for power electronics and related technologies.
• Mentor engineers and build a high-performing team.
• Partner with Product Management, Operations, and Quality to ensure successful product delivery.
