Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America seeks a Supervisor of GOS Applications Engineering to lead and develop the team supporting fire alarm, sprinkler, and life safety systems. You will oversee engineering quality, workload distribution, and process improvements ensuring timely, accurate deliverables aligned with Bosch BT standards.

Qualifications

5+ years of Construction Project Management experience or related field.
Ability to manage a team of 5 or more members.
Strong understanding of codes and life-safety systems.

Responsibilities

Directly supervise Applications Engineers and CAD Designers.
Balance workloads to meet schedules and priorities.
Recruit, train, and develop engineering personnel.
Provide coaching and performance reviews.
Review designs for accuracy, constructability, and code compliance.
Ensure deliverables meet Bosch BT standards and project specs.
