Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with fire life safety systems such as Notifier, Fire Lite, Silent Knight, Potter.
• 2+ years in a leadership role supervising 3–6 technicians.
• 2+ years supervising or managing service technicians, in office or field staff in a technical or commercial service environment.
• Familiarity with managing service operations, particularly TSA workflows, including scheduling, dispatch, and resource allocation.
• Proficiency with service management software and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise fire alarm service team to achieve productivity, quality, and safety.
• Ensure NFPA 72, OSHA, AHJ, codes compliance and safety policy adherence.
• Oversee service operations: scheduling, TSA fulfillment, billing, and profitability.
• Review inspection reports and coordinate proposals and corrective actions.
• Serve as technical escalation point for complex issues and system performance concerns.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and project teams on estimating, planning, and design.
• Identify change orders and ensure contractual expectations are met.
• Coordinate with customers, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders for project execution.
• Support installation, startup, commissioning, maintenance and service activities.
• Maintain accurate project/service documentation and reports.
• Support turnover and handoff between operations and service teams.
• Provide training and troubleshooting support to internal teams, customers, contractors, and facility personnel.
• Travel to sites for installation, commissioning and support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
