Grundfos is seeking an Applications Engineer in Texas to provide expert guidance on product selection, system design, and optimization for high-purity water solutions. You will bridge customer requirements with Grundfos technology, collaborating with Sales and Project teams to deliver energy-efficient, reliable systems.

Key responsibilities include sizing, cost estimation, equipment evaluation, and delivering comprehensive turnover packages.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• 5+ years in applications engineering, technical sales support, or system design.
• Strong knowledge of high-purity water treatment processes, hydraulics, sanitary design, and water-quality requirements.
• Proficiency reading technical drawings and using engineering selection and sizing tools.

Mansioni

• Define technical and commercial scope for high-purity water treatment solutions.
• Develop conceptual system designs and perform sizing calculations.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and identify value-engineered alternatives.
• Research and evaluate equipment options based on technical fit, availability, lead times, and pricing.
• Explore innovative approaches to customer application challenges and provide practical solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales to align technical and commercial strategy with customer needs.
• Participate in customer meetings, bid reviews, and technical clarifications.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial turnover packages to Project Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
• Lead technical review and turnover meetings to confirm project scope with downstream teams.
