Job summary

Verto People Ltd is recruiting an Applications Engineer / Product Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer to join our client, a global manufacturer of mechanical seals, in Texas. You'll provide technical support, troubleshoot seal failures, and develop sealing solutions for diverse industrial applications.

You will collaborate with customers, sales teams and internal engineering to diagnose issues, recommend products, and help improve reliability.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with mechanical seals or sealing systems.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Strong understanding of seal applications, troubleshooting and failure analysis.
Experience with pumps or rotating equipment in industrial settings.
Excellent communication skills and customer-facing confidence.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Knowledge of centrifugal pumps and cartridge seals.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and application engineering for mechanical seals.
Troubleshoot seal failures and identify root causes of equipment problems.
Conduct seal failure analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Interact with customers to understand operating conditions and requirements.
Recommend appropriate seals and sealing solutions for industrial use.
Support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
Collaborate with sales to provide technical guidance and product recommendations.
Prepare technical findings and reports on failures and improvements.
