Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking an Applications Engineer to translate customer requirements into deployable robotic solutions and validate them on real hardware. The role spans mechanical, controls, software, and vision disciplines, coordinating across teams.

You will own requirements, drive projects from definition to delivery, and deliver customer training and field feedback to improve applications. A Master's degree and robotics/domain knowledge are preferred.

Formación

• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams and complex systems.
• Strong understanding of sensors and motion systems including encoders, LRFs, cameras, load cells.
• Experience delivering products to customers including requirements definition, training, and field feedback iteration.
• Experience developing and executing test protocols and documenting results to industry standards.
• Experience with object-oriented programming.
• Experience with CAD, GD&T, engineering drawings, and metrology concepts.
• Experience creating and executing project objectives, requirements, and timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Translate customer requirements into specifications, objectives, requirements, and timelines and drive projects from definition through delivery.
• Systems integration across interdisciplinary teams and subsystems, including sensors and motion systems.
• Develop and execute test protocols and document results according to industry standards, validating on real hardware.
• Deliver products to customers, conduct training, and improve applications based on field feedback.
• Apply CAD, GD&T, engineering drawings, and metrology concepts to define and verify application requirements.
