Job summary

You will travel up to 25% for on-site visits and trade shows, work with sales on demonstrations, and collaborate with product teams to test new features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years in CAD/CAM programming, manufacturing or application engineering.
• Hands-on Mastercam or similar CAD/CAM software experience.
• Strong CNC programming and multi-axis machining knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel up to 25% (customer sites, events).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support to customers and channel partners by troubleshooting issues.
• Analyze customer workflows and tailor solutions to improve efficiency.
• Serve as a technical resource for escalated inquiries with timely resolution.
• Collaborate with product management to provide feedback for enhancements.
• Test and validate new features for real-world use.
• Assist sales with product demonstrations, technical presentations, proofs of concept.
• Support customers post-sale for successful implementation and adoption.
• Develop custom toolpaths, templates, macros, training materials.
• Deliver in-person and online training and hands-on demonstrations.
