Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking an Applications Engineer to support high-speed amplifiers from design-in through ramp and post-ramp customer support. You will work with customers on schematic and layout reviews, develop evaluation boards, author guides, and create reference designs to enable robust implementations.

The role emphasizes hands-on debugging, bench automation, and close collaboration with Systems Engineers to ensure successful product adoption and field success.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-speed amplifier applications
• Ability to review schematics and layouts with customers
• Hands-on bench characterization and testing
• Develop and release evaluation boards and reference designs
• Create application notes and user guides

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions and support design-in activities for released products
• Perform schematic and layout reviews for customer applications
• Debug customer problems using evaluation boards and customer boards
• Design EVMs and evaluation boards to support correlation and testing of new products
• Create reference designs and write application notes for different use cases
• Provide on-site customer support as required
