Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical or electrical preferred).
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in product-related engineering.
• Minimum 1+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with Creo, Pro/E, or similar CAD software.
• This role may require up to 25% travel, international and domestic.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate growth at CPC by delivering technically-informed solutions.
• Partner with customers to understand application needs and CPC capabilities.
• Define new custom product requirements and manage from initiation to delivery.
• Collaborate with internal engineering to ensure feasibility and manufacturability.
• Develop costing and pricing for complex projects and proposals.
• Partner with the sales team to deliver winning proposals.
• Serve as a technical resource for stakeholders and teams.
• Present CPC’s capabilities to customers and partners.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align activities with customer needs.
