Job summary

Flowserve is seeking an Applications Engineer to help customers and channel partners solve complex industrial challenges with practical flow control solutions. You will combine technical expertise with commercial judgment to evaluate needs, develop proposals, and deliver accurate quotations that support growth and long-term relationships.

Work closely with sales, engineering, and operations to turn requirements into successful orders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 3–5 years of experience.
Experience in Applications Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role.
Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Respond to technical and commercial inquiries from customers and channel partners.
Review requests and specifications to identify suitable product and application solutions.
Develop technical proposals and cost estimates working with internal teams.
Create clear technical and commercial quotations.
Coordinate with sales and technical specialists to align proposals with customer needs.
Review orders for technical accuracy and terms before processing.
Prepare complete order documentation and support transfer to internal teams.
