Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is recruiting an Application Engineer (EV Charging) to join their fast-growing team in Amsterdam. The role is the technical lead for pre-sales design, feasibility assessments, and layout development, interfacing with Dutch DSOs and customers across Europe.

You will manage end-to-end project execution, bridge client requirements with internal operations, and collaborate with European field operations and global R&D to accelerate green electrification.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in an engineering discipline.
• Background in EV charging or grid-connected infrastructure.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with the right to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales technical consultation, concept designs, SLDs, and feasibility assessments.
• Leading end-to-end engagement with Dutch DSOs from feasibility to energisation.
• Managing project execution alongside customers, EPCs, installers, and vendors.
• Serving as the technical link between European field operations and the Global Head Office.

Are you an engineer or technical infrastructure specialist looking to join a high-growth innovator solving a critical bottleneck electric vehicle charging?

Do you want an autonomous role, playing a key part in navigating Dutch grid connections, designing advanced high-power charging solutions, and scaling operations across Europe?

This fast-growing, pioneering organization specializes in high-power charging solutions in grid-constrained locations. To support their expanding European footprint, they are currently looking for an Engineer to join their team based in Amsterdam.

In this role you will act as the technical lead for pre-sales design, layout creation, and feasibility assessments while leading engagement with Dutch Distribution System Operators (netbeheerders). You will manage end-to-end project execution, bridge client requirements with internal operations, and serve as the technical link between European field operations and global R&D teams.
