Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related technical degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in a related field, including co‑op or internship experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages of completion.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of data acquisition and testing methods.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain engine, hybrid, and EV specifications and scopes of supply based on customer application requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Yanmar standards in installation instructions, manuals, and specification books.
• Conduct field testing using data acquisition systems on customer equipment in real-world environments.
• Perform engineering calculations and analysis of collected or customer data.
• Negotiate and manage engineering improvements for sub-standard systems for OEM/distributor customers.
• Maintain project updates in Salesforce and manage the Installation Review workflow.
