Job summary

WEG Electric Corp. seeks an engineer to coordinate cross-functional teams for Induction and EC motor applications in the Commercial motors field. You will translate customer requirements into product specifications and develop techno-commercial proposals with the sales team.

You will work with engineering and field staff to resolve issues, contribute inputs to NPD, and ensure manufacturability, quality, reliability, and cost targets are met for customer applications.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with multi-level coordination.
• Customer-focused with ability to translate needs into specs and designs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate expertise from cross-functional teams for customer Induction/EC motor applications.
• Translate customer requirements into product specifications and techno-commercial proposals.
• Resolve product issues with customers and field sales teams in the field.
• Provide inputs to engineering and NPD on manufacturability, quality, reliability, and cost.
• Capture voice of the customer and develop product specifications for manufacturing.
