Qualifications

• Experience with RF/microwave technology in transmission line theory, impedance matching techniques, test and measurement, and integrated microwave assemblies preferred.
• High degree of mechanical aptitude and fluency with basic physics principles (temperature, pressure, corrosion, radiation).
• Responsive, flexible, and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven with entrepreneurial spirit, technical acumen, and curiosity.
• Ability to apply analytical and innovative problem-solving approaches.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Execute the North American commercial strategy aligned with global growth objectives in target markets (Test & Measurement, Semiconductor, ATE, Space, Robotics, Quantum, Telecom).
• Collaborate with Business Development and Program Managers to provide technical support, secure design wins, and drive revenue growth.
• Interface with customers to identify needs and develop differentiated solutions.
• Provide on-site product support and training to customers and sales channels.
• Present technology concepts to customers and sales channels to support pre-sales activities.
• Support quoting activities with product configurations, cost analysis, and specification review.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Capture VoC and VoM to inform continuous improvement and new product development.
• Work with Engineering and Marketing to create product drawings, data sheets, and application notes.

Qualified candidates will combine technical and customer service skills to provide differentiated RF/microwave interconnect solutions for a broad range of requirements in various market segments. They will apply analytical and communication skills to assist customers in their product development process and provide on-site support as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute the North American commercial strategy in alignment with the company's global growth objectives. Focusing on the vertical focus markets of Test & Measurement, Semiconductor and ATE, Space, Robotics, Quantum and Telecom
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers and Program Managers to provide technical support, secure design wins, and drive revenue growth.
• Interface with customers, identify their needs, and develop differentiated solutions.
• Support key account strategy by developing partnership with customer's technical stakeholders and providing subject matter expertise.
• Provide on-site product support and/or training to customers and sales channels.
• Present technology concepts to customers and/or sales channels in support of pre-sales activities.
• Support quoting activities with product configurations, cost analysis, and specification review.
• Communicate and work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure that customer requirements are fully met.
• Funnel voice of customer (VoC) and voice of market (VoM) to Business Development, Product Managers, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations in support of continuous improvement and new product development.
• Work with Engineering and Marketing to create supporting documents such as product drawings, data sheets, and application notes.
• Support the creation and maintenance of marketing literature, including websites, catalogs, media content, and technical papers.
• Participate in the design review and product release process.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
