Be the bridge between our customers and our shop floor. Every job starts with you.
Union City, CA · $85,000 – $105,000/year · 3+ years
Reports to: Director of Sales / VP of Engineering
You are the first point of contact for new business. Review customer drawings, assess manufacturability, develop accurate quotes, and work with the shop floor to launch new programs. You'll translate complex engineering requirements into clear production plans — balancing cost, quality, and lead time to win work and keep customers coming back.
This is a hybrid technical-commercial role. You need to understand machining (materials, tolerances, fixturing) and be comfortable in customer-facing conversations. We're a startup — you won't just process RFQs, you'll help shape our quoting systems, build customer relationships, and directly influence which work we take on.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, standard business hours. Some customer visits or trade shows may require occasional travel.
