Jobot in Schaumburg, IL seeks an Applications Engineer to serve as the main technical interface for OEM customers, understanding requirements, troubleshooting hydraulic systems, and delivering engineered solutions with engineering team collaboration.
You will read hydraulic schematics, support product selection, and conduct on-site visits to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year

The Applications Engineer serves as the primary technical interface between our engineering organization and OEM customers. Rather than focusing on product design, this role supports customer applications by understanding technical requirements, troubleshooting hydraulic systems, recommending engineered solutions, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, building customer relationships, and working hands‑on with mobile hydraulic systems in the field.
