Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred; Mechanical Engineering with relevant electrical experience will be considered.
• 3–5+ years of relevant applications, product development, or electromechanical design experience.
• Strong communication skills and hands-on problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers and sales teams to understand application requirements and recommend reliable, cost-effective solutions.
• Develop and evaluate electrical and electromechanical product designs using CAD, calculations, and technical specifications.
• Build and test prototypes, assess feasibility, and use performance data to guide product improvements.
• Prepare technical proposals, drawings, and documentation supporting customer projects and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with suppliers, engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve technical challenges and bring products into production.

If you enjoy understanding how things work and helping customers solve technical problems, this role is worth a conversation. You'll help turn application requirements into practical solutions, staying involved from product selection and design through prototype testing and production launch.

• Work directly with customers and sales teams to understand application requirements and recommend reliable, cost-effective solutions.
• Develop and evaluate electrical and electromechanical product designs, using CAD, calculations, and technical specifications.
• Build and test prototypes, assess feasibility, and use performance data to guide product improvements.
• Prepare technical proposals, drawings, and documentation supporting customer projects and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with suppliers, engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve technical challenges and bring products into production.

We're interested in engineers with approximately 3-5+ years of relevant applications, product development, or electromechanical design experience. A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred; Mechanical Engineering graduates with relevant electrical experience will also be considered.

Strong communication skills, hands‑on problem‑solving, and the ability to explain technical information clearly are essential. Experience with sensors, instrumentation, or motion-control products is a plus.
