What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, integrate, implement, and coordinate projects that support information systems operations and maintenance
- Work with senior developers on new system development, modifications, and updates
- Consult with supervisors and team leads to address policy questions and coordinate activities with other programs
- Participate in the development of user stories and documentation for agile software development
- Assist in identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities in systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four (4) years of information systems experience in Enterprise IT System Development, or
- An associate’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, plus two (2) years of information systems experience, or
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field substituting for all the above
- Ability to pass CJIS training and achieve CJIS Level 4 rating
- Must be cleared by the FBI Criminal Justice Information Services and Oregon State Police through a fingerprint-based background check

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
- Experience with GIT code repository and modern DevOps tools
- Ability to work in a team environment and assist with agile software development methodologies
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in installing, supporting, monitoring, and maintaining systems in production use
