Job Summary
As a member of the Mass General Brigham Human Resources Learning & Development Operations team, this position provides administration of HR applications and system support for workforce members. The incumbent will also perform data auditing, and analysis using multiple data sources. The incumbent will be expected to identify issues/problems and offer resolutions to our customers. The Support Analyst will report directly to the Manager, Learning & Development Operations.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- -Ability to provide support of HR systems for managers and employees to research and resolve complex problems or unexpected results; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet business needs of end users
- -Assist HR Support Center in troubleshooting complex questions
- -Recommend process improvements, innovative solutions, or policy changes to leadership which can best utilize the functions within HR systems
- -Demonstrate ability to work cross-functionally with HR Operations business, and corporate teams
- -Participate in developing training material and best practice processes for users
- -Demonstrate ability to take ownership and consistently deliver on commitments
- -Liaison with third-party vendors when troubleshooting user issues, system changes, and training needs
- -Ability to exercise integrity and judgement in complex and ambiguous situations
- -Complete various projects/tasks as assigned
Education- Bachelor's Degree preferred, preferably with a concentration in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
- A combination of education and experience may be substituted for requirements.
Experience- 2-3 years experience required, preferably in a Human Resources, Healthcare, or related setting.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities- - Knowledgeable in human resources principles, best practices and current trends.
- - Familiarity with Human Resources systems, particularly Workday, ServiceNow, HealthStream, Workforce Validate, and OnBase.
- -Experience with Primary Source Verification and Tuition Assistance a plus
- -Advanced knowledge of PC applications, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- - Experience in analyzing HRIS and HR metrics.
- - Ability to collaborate and provide support.
- - Proficiency in database management and security.
- - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- - Ability to navigate and handle complicated situations.
