Epic Beaker CP/AP Support Analyst
The Epic Beaker CP/AP Support Analyst provides operational, technical, and workflow support for Epic Beaker and related laboratory information systems across inpatient and outpatient environments. This role ensures reliable laboratory operations through system monitoring, issue resolution, interface support, testing, upgrades, data validation, and workflow optimization.
The ideal candidate holds current Epic Beaker CP/AP certification and has hands‑on experience supporting Beaker in a hospital laboratory setting. Strong knowledge of Anatomic Pathology, Clinical Pathology, LIS functionality, laboratory interfaces, orders, results, specimen tracking, system mappings, and cross‑application workflows is required. Experience with HL7, interface engines, and Epic integrations is strongly preferred.
