Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of related experience; ITIL foundation certification is preferred. Fingerprinting may be required by the county.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two (2) years of related experience; experience should be directly related to the assigned business unit’s technical systems and programs.
• Fingerprinting required; ITIL foundation certification may be required or obtained within two years.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, develops, programs, implements, and maintains software solutions to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Leads configuration, testing, and resolution efforts for assigned systems and applications.
• Defines requirements, drafts specifications, and coordinates with vendors during procurement and implementation.
• Provides training and support to users and monitors system performance, reporting issues and improvements.
