Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated in Somerville, MA is seeking a Software Quality Assurance professional. You will review system requirements, test, debug, and implement software solutions, train end users, and provide ongoing support.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Information Systems or equivalent experience (2-3 years), familiarity with Blood Bank/LIS is a plus. Hybrid work model; 40 hours weekly; on-site at 399 Revolution Drive.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reviews system requirements and business processes; tests, debugs, and implements software solutions.
• Develops and executes test plans and performs other software quality assurance tasks.
• Trains end users on the operation of software applications. Develops end-user documentation.
• Provides ongoing support of the software applications by identifying and resolving issues.
• Runs reports, updates tables, and performs other tasks associated with the ongoing operation of the software environment.
• Participates in regular team meetings to discuss team activities, issues, and updates.

• Can this role consider and review experience in lieu of a degree? Yes
• Experience in the development, support or operation of software applications 2-3 years required
• The ideal candidate will have experience in Blood Bank, with additional experience in LIS an added advantage.
