Job summary

PingWind, Inc. is seeking an Application Systems Analyst II to analyze, implement, maintain, and support enterprise business applications remotely.

The role acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective technology solutions. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in enterprise IT, familiarity with COTS or custom applications, and knowledge of SDLC.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze, support, and maintain enterprise business applications for optimal performance and availability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned applications and business units.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, system errors, and performance problems.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Provide Tier II application support to end users.
• Coordinate with developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
• Monitor application health, availability, and performance using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Configure and maintain enterprise applications based on business requirements.
• Support application deployments, upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Participate in software implementation and system integration projects.

Required Experience: 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications, systems analysis, or application administration. Experience with Flexera FNMS (FlexNet Manager Suite).

Evanhoe is seeking an Application Systems Analyst II who is an experienced IT professional responsible for analyzing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise business applications. This role serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective technology solutions. The Application Systems Analyst II performs system analysis, application configuration, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and production support while contributing to application enhancements and process improvements.

Primary Responsibilities

Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Analyze, support, and maintain enterprise business applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned applications and business units.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, system errors, and performance problems.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Provide Tier II application support to end users.
• Coordinate with developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
• Monitor application health, availability, and performance using enterprise monitoring tools.

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and/or custom applications.
• Experience troubleshooting application and system issues.
• Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Active DOD clearance
• Experience supporting Federal Government or public sector IT environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, or other enterprise platforms.
• Experience using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.

Salary Range

$74,500 - 104,000.

The pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) job responsibilities, education, certifications, experience, as well as internal equity mapping and alignment with market data, or other applicable laws.
