Evanhoe & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Application Systems Analyst II to analyze, implement, maintain, and support enterprise business applications remotely for clients across the United States.

The role bridges business needs and technical teams to ensure requirements become effective technology solutions. You will perform system analysis, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and production support while contributing to enhancements and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise business applications and performing system analysis.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ITSM tooling.
• Ability to troubleshoot, configure, and support complex enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, support, and maintain enterprise business applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned applications and business units.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide Tier II application support to end users.
• Coordinate with developers, infrastructure, and vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor application health and performance using enterprise tools.

Job Title: Application Systems Analyst II

Location: Remote

Required Clearance: Active Public Trust

Certifications: DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technical Level II (IAT Level II) Certification required.

Required Education: Highschool Diploma/GED

Required Experience: 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications, systems analysis, or application administration

Position Description:

Evanhoe is seeking an Application Systems Analyst II who is an experienced IT professional responsible for analyzing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise business applications. This role serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective technology solutions. The Application Systems Analyst II performs system analysis, application configuration, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and production support while contributing to application enhancements and process improvements.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze, support, and maintain enterprise business applications to ensure optimal performance and availability


• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned applications and business units


• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, system errors, and performance problems


• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions


• Provide Tier II application support to end users


• Coordinate with developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve complex technical issues


• Monitor application health, availability, and performance using enterprise monitoring tools


• Configure and maintain enterprise applications based on business requirements


• Support application deployments, upgrades, patches, and enhancements


• Participate in software implementation and system integration projects

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and/or custom applications, including Flexera FNMS (FlexNet Manager Suite)


• Experience troubleshooting application and system issues


• Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree


• Active DOD clearance


• Experience supporting Federal Government or public sector IT environments


• Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, or other enterprise platforms


• Experience using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy

The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000- $104,000.

The pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
