Job summary

Elysium Inc. is seeking a motivated individual with 2–4 years of 3D software experience to install, support, and demonstrate PLM/CAD solutions for automotive, aerospace, defense and electronics OEMs. The role involves pre- and post-sales activities, documentation, and training.

Strong communication skills and the ability to learn quickly are essential. Familiarity with major CAD systems and PLM concepts is highly desirable, with a willingness to stay current on evolving technologies such as

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of 3D-related software experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Automotive, Defense, or Engineering fields is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Experience with major CAD systems (CATIA, Creo, Inventor, NX or SOLIDWORKS) strongly preferred.
• Customer-facing experience and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences are required.
• Willingness to learn quickly, adapt in a dynamic environment, and drive results.
• Interest in cloud solutions, AR/VR, and AI technologies is valued.
• Knowledge of PLM/MBE concepts and programming or scripting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, support, and troubleshoot Elysium’s PLM/CAD software solutions.

Job description

Elysium Inc. is a software company supporting key Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, and Electronics OEMs and suppliers. We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven individual with 2-4 years of 3D-related software experience. Elysium is open to experience levels (junior or senior) and compensation will reflect experience accordingly. Familiarity with the 3D interoperability industry is especially advantageous.

Candidate shall possess the ability to learn difficult products and strategies quickly while communicating effectively with clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, support, and troubleshoot Elysium's PLM/CAD related software solutions
• Support pre and post sales activities
• Document and report software requirements and issues to development team
• Conduct technical sales presentations
• Keep up to date on technical developments
• Host on-line and face-to-face software demonstrations
• Host end-user technical training
• Product support (Hotline, QA / Testing, & Delivery)
• Software installation (Elysium, Windows / Windows Server applications)
• Assist with efforts for the publication of training materials, including documentation and sample use cases

Required Skills

• 4-year college degree pertaining to Aerospace, Automotive, Defense, or Engineering industries
• 2+ years 3D related software experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of at least one major CAD system including CATIA V5/V6, Creo Parametric, Inventor, NX or SOLIDWORKS
• Comfortable in client facing situations
• Ability to obtain a good understanding of the sales process
• Possess the capacity to create results through inspiration
• Have a keen interest in technologies, i.e. cloud solutions, AR/VR, AI
• Great investigative & problem-solving ability
• Capability & eagerness to learn quicklySelf-motivated and prepared to make a difference
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Basic administration knowledge of Windows 11 and Windows Server
