Job summary

The Judge Group in Chicago is seeking a Production Support professional to support our Wealth Management applications, products, and operations teams. This role works closely with Application Development in an Agile environment to deliver business solutions, maintain stability, and manage production incidents.

You will lead incident response, analyze root causes, coordinate with vendors and offshore partners, and ensure audit, security, and change controls.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting mission-critical applications in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes (ITIL experience preferred).
• Experience troubleshooting application and production issues through monitoring and log analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with Agile delivery teams and cross-functional technology groups.
• Financial Services or Wealth Management industry experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with modern cloud technologies is a plus.
