Job summary

Talent Groups in Ft. Myers, FL is seeking an Enterprise Support Specialist II to provide Tier 2 support for enterprise information systems used in operations, including Oracle Fusion and Oracle Cloud WMS. On-site 3-4 days a week, you will troubleshoot issues, support integrations, and help maintain performance.

You will collaborate with DBAs, developers, and vendors, lead patching cycles and testing, and mentor Tier 1 staff while driving continuous improvement and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to enterprise information systems such as Oracle Fusion or Oracle Cloud WMS.
• Ability to work across teams to troubleshoot and implement fixes.

The Enterprise Support Specialist II provides Tier 2 support for enterprise information systems that support operations, including Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud WMS, and related platforms. This role is responsible for troubleshooting system issues, supporting integrations, and maintaining application performance and reliability.

The Specialist collaborates with Database Engineers, developers, vendors, and business users to support system functionality, enhancements, and upgrades. This role also leads patching cycles, regression testing, and change management processes while serving as a mentor to Tier 1 support staff and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
