Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced IT professional to provide Tier 2/3 support for mission-critical applications in a cloud environment. You will manage incidents, problems and changes while coordinating deployment support with development and cloud engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in application support, AWS experience, and strong monitoring/troubleshooting skills. U.S. citizenship is required for the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited university.
• U.S. Citizenship is required and a Public Trust must be obtainable.
• 5+ years in application support or production operations.

Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.US Citizenship is contractually required.Minimum of FIVE (5)+ years of overall work experience.Experience with application support or production operations experience.Experience supporting enterprise applications in cloud environments.Knowledge of incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.Experience with monitoring and ticket management systems.What Would Be Nice To Have:ITIL Foundation Certification.Experience supporting AWS-hosted applications.Experience with ServiceNow.Basic scripting and automation experience.Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines.The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$116,000.00.
