Job summary

BHG Financial is seeking an Application Support leader to guide the day-to-day operations of our Application Support team. You will provide technical guidance, mentor staff, and ensure timely resolution of complex issues in collaboration with Engineering and Product leaders.

Responsibilities include monitoring queues, analyzing trends, and maintaining critical enterprise applications such as Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications.
• 3+ years leading application support teams.
• Strong SQL/SOQL, scripting, and SDLC expertise with modern cloud tools.
