What You'll Do:
- Experience in a 2nd line Technical Operations or Application Support role.
- Familiarity with support processes, including Incident, Problem, Request, Event, and Change Management.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with effective communication.
- Ability to troubleshoot computer operations and software issues.
- Proficient in database configuration changes (SQL, MongoDB, RDS).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database scripting languages.
- Understanding of software development practices, concepts, and technologies.
- Familiarity with technical and business environments and processes.
- Understanding of product development processes and support interactions.
- Insight into operating systems, development environments, and deployment practices.
- Self-motivated with strong initiative; capable of organizing and prioritizing work based on business impact or customer needs.
- Experience with knowledge databases, including capturing, updating, or creating articles.
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in database configuration changes (SQL, MongoDB, RDS).
- Experience with C#, .NET Core/Framework, IIS, MS SQL, PowerShell.
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field (e.g., computer engineering or related).
- Experience in software development and/or .NET application support.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly assess situations.
- Flexible, autonomous, and well-organized.
Other Details:
- Location: Bangalore, Mumbai (Remote).
- Work Timings: 12 pm to 9 pm, 3 pm to 12 am, 5 pm to 2 am (rotational shifts).
- Joining availability: 30 to 45 days.
