In this role, you’ll:

• Be on the pulse of our clients’ use of our products

• Travel and partner with customer success to deploy new clients successfully

• Triage and resolve issues (bugs, feature gaps, user errors)

• Translate client feedback into actionable tasks for engineering

• Write workarounds or quick fixes in Python

• Monitor platform behavior and escalate effectively

What you’ll need:

• Exceptional English communication skills (C1/C2 level, spoken and written) — able to communicate clearly and professionally with US-based clients and internal teams across technical and non-technical contexts

• Proven success operating at Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 within a Technology Support role

• Comfort working across support, product, and engineering

• Track record of staying organized, maintaining attention to detail, and taking initiative

• Ability to work full-time a major US Time zone

• Work at the forefront of AI in healthcare

• Be part of a smart, fast-moving, and mission-driven team

• Fully remote role
