Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking an expert SAP HCM Time and Payroll Consultant to support complex SAP HCM On-Premise systems across North America. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize system performance, design custom schemas, and maintain system integrity through high-priority ticket support and system enhancements.

Location: Telecommute, Contract role with Eastern Time alignment. Responsibilities include PCR/Schema management, functional specifications, and end-to-end UAT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 15+ years hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll (USA & Canada) and Time Management.
• Proven expertise in configuring SAP PCRs and Schemas.
• Experience in AMS/Application Support environments and high-priority incident queues.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated AMS release support and high-priority ticket resolutions for SAP HCM On-Premise environments.
• Direct management of PCRs, Schemas, functional specifications, and end-to-end UAT setup for USA and Canada payroll/time configurations.
• Alignment with Eastern Time working hours and client reviews as part of the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Reason for opening: Dedicated Application Managed Services (AMS) release support, high-priority ticket resolution, and ongoing system updates for enterprise SAP HCM On-Premise environments.
• Deliverables & Scope: Direct management of PCRs, Schemas, functional specifications, and end-to-end UAT setup for USA and Canada payroll and time configurations.
• Interview Process & Alignment: Client review followed by internal technical assessment focusing on PCR/Schema scenarios. Candidates should be aligned to Eastern Time working hours.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of hands-on functional experience in SAP HCM Payroll (USA & Canada) and Time Management (Positive & Negative).
• Proven expertise in configuring and troubleshooting SAP PCRs and Schemas.
• Proven track record in AMS/Application Support environments and handling high-priority incident queues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SuccessFactors to SAP On-Premise integrations and data replication.
• Exposure to SAP Mexico Payroll processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with business and technical stakeholders.
