Primary responsibilities encompass maintaining and upgrading essential software systems, designing and rigorously testing disaster recovery procedures, documenting the architecture, integrations, and subsystems of software systems, managing monitoring systems and proactive event management, and providing tier 4 technical support during service disruptions in collaboration with the Tiered Support and Application teams. The pay range for this job begins at $39.59 / hr, but your salaried offer will be determined based upon your education and experience.Remote Work / Work from HomeThis is an intermittent remote position, which means that the person hired will work with his or her manager to determine a schedule that includes both at home and on-site hours at a Children's Mercy location.
